By placing an order with Nova & Belle, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. Nova & Belle reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

3. Orders & Payment

By completing your purchase, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept all major payment methods. Orders are processed once full payment has been received. Nova & Belle reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Nova & Belle is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 20% refund of the original purchase price on eligible returns, requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are at the customer's own expense. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at novabella.europe@gmail.com.

6. Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and improving your shopping experience.
