Returns Policy — Nova & Belle

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't quite right, here's everything you need to know.

Partial Refund We offer a 20% refund of your original purchase price on all eligible returns. Please note that we do not offer full refunds — the 20% partial refund is our standard returns policy.

How to Return To start a return, simply send an email to novabella.europe@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Your reason for returning

We will respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping is at the customer's own expense. We recommend sending your return using a tracked postal service, as Nova & Belle cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing Once your return has been received and inspected, your 20% refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Conditions Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
