Shipping Policy — Nova & Belle

1. Free UK Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders — no minimum spend required. Every order is delivered straight to your door, completely free of charge.


2. Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods such as public holidays or sale events.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery at any time.


4. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Nova & Belle cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at novabella.europe@gmail.com and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.


5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at novabella.europe@gmail.com and we will investigate on your behalf.

Nova & Belle is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather disruptions or postal strikes.


6. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at novabella.europe@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will do our best to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
